By accessing holacube.com, engaging our digital services, or interacting with our cognitive companion architectures, you unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All proprietary codebases, custom WebGL Three.js procedural shaders, 3D assets, cognitive multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and brand identities displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Hola Cube.

• Clients receiving bespoke software, mobile applications, or AI systems receive full commercial rights as defined in their individual Master Services Agreement (MSA).
• Unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering, or decompilation of our public shaders and interfaces is strictly prohibited.

3. Professional Engineering Engagements

All custom development contracts, project timelines, milestone deliverables, technical SLA warranties, and payment terms are formally codified in bilateral statements of work (SOW).

4. Acceptable Use of AI & Interactive Portals

Users agree to utilize our interactive AI companion and forms exclusively for legitimate technical inquiries, project scoping, and business discussions. Any malicious probing, prompt injection attacks, or abusive automation will result in immediate IP termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hola Cube delivers its public showcase on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain 99.99% infrastructure uptime, we are not liable for incidental or indirect damages arising from third-party network outages or browser incompatibilities.
